Thinking of home

We had just come back from a couple weeks of operating in the field. I was sitting in a bunker last at night and turned on my little radio listening to music on AFVN (Armed Forces network Vietnam) and heard the voices of Dave Moore and George Rice, a commentator for WCCO TV. I think they were talking about religion and values but hearing their voices in this wilderness, especially Dave Moore whose voice I grew up hearing, reminded me of home and how much I wanted to be there.
