Vietnam is a Country, Not a War

Given the opportunity to become a Marine Corps Officer, Ronald Staff was quick to turn it down. He returned to the United States, went to the University of MN, and after a bout with drugs, eventually became involved in the anti-war movement and veteran advocacy groups.

I'm not sure I want to have any kind of tactical responsibility that would come with being an officer.

Ronald's story was captured with the help of TPT's Minnesota Remembers Vietnam team.
