A Minnesota PBS Initiative

Very Hip on the Politics

Al Milgrom headed up the Bell Museum Film Society, which showed many documentaries that dealt with the Vietnam War. The student body tended to be anti-war, since, as Al points out, they were the ones who would be drafted once their college deferment was up.

The people I knew were heavily anti-Vietnam War because they were the ones due to be drafted anyway.
