KSMQ "Minnesota Remembers Vietnam" with Ray King

Vietnam veteran in desert landscape.

For most of us that came home, there was silence. That was hurtful, for sure. There would be that silence. Nobody wanted to talk. Nobody cared, it seemed like.

Ray King, of Albert Lea, was a Marine who fought in Vietnam. He was part of a self-propelled artillery group. It was 30 after he returned to America that a stranger welcomed him home.
