I Would Wake up With Such a Start

Part of David Harris' tour included serving as a bodyguard for CIA and CID operatives. He describes this time as "harrowing," and he still wakes up with nightmares. Nonetheless, he says he wouldn't want to completely give up the memories of his Vietnam War experience. 

I don't think you'd ever want to totally give up the memories, but you wouldn't take a million dollars to go through it again.
